Open the product and check its platform, requirements, current status, release type, and available license. Product names and options are specific, so confirm that the listing matches the game and version you intend to use.

After Shopify confirms a successful payment, the purchased variant selects the matching license from configured manual stock or the connected provider. Delivery details are saved to your order and can also be emailed when mail delivery is configured.

Sign in and open My orders to review tracked delivery details. If email delivery is enabled, the purchase email also includes the delivered license and any guide linked to that product.

Visit the Guides page to find instructions by product. A configured guide is also shown on the product page and included with delivery. If a listing says its guide is coming soon, contact support before attempting setup.

Check the Status page before launching. Each product and subproduct can be marked Undetected, Updating, or Detected. Do not use an item while it is marked Updating or Detected.

Payment is completed through Shopify checkout. The payment methods available to you are shown there and may vary by store configuration, country, or region.

Refund eligibility depends on the store policy and the state of the digital order. Contact support with your order details so the request can be reviewed.

License and hardware restrictions can differ by product. Review the product details and setup guide, or ask support before moving a license to another computer.

Check the product's current status and guide again before launching. A game update may require a product update or revised setup steps, even if your license is still active.
